Emergency Services and Fire Department Barbecue: |

In celebration of the construction of our new safety complex the Averagetown Emergency Services department will be having a community barbecue July 23. Be sure to stop by to meet our paramedics and EMT’s and eat a hot dog or hamburger. |

New School Program: |

|
In a joint effort, the Averagetown Police, Fire and Emergency Services Departments have teamed up for a new educational program aimed at teaching our communities children some basic skills and facts that will help them stay safe. Officers from all three departments will be teaching basic classes on safety at the middle school on Tuesdays, parents are more than welcome to visit. |

It’s been a great year for Averagetown and for the Averagetown Emergency Services Department. As Director I’d like to extend my greatest thanks to the many members of the community that have contributed to the Averagetown Community and aided the Emergency Services Department.
